COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS/24NRG GROUP
Rest assured that we at 24NRG Group are doing everything we can to stay ahead of the current government advice regarding the current outbreak of Covid-19. Our customers mean the utmost to us and therefore we are following all national health and safety procedures given to us, including the sanitisation of all equipment, the hygiene of our staff and the frequent washing of hands.
We have no reported cases of Covid-19 within the 24NRG Group staff.
In order to ensure our excellent service is upheld, we have put special measures in place to ensure our service engineers will not be a source of infection to our customers, and that in turn, they will also be protected.
Firstly, we can offer as a first port of call phone or video messaging, to try to fix the problem without being in situ. If we can come out to you then, obviously the first step is good use of hand sanitizer before a job and after.
We will endeavour to make sure that protective clothing is worn and protective equipment is used. Each set will be brand new per visit and disposed of considerately thereafter. This will comprise of overshoes, a face mask, a boiler suit and gloves.
We will also be ensuring our staff have regular temperature checks, and, should anybody have a cough, cold or fever, they will be sent home in line of government advice of two weeks as a minimum.
We are closely following the government’s code of practice with regards to prevention and control of infections by the day and will adhere to any changes.
